We offer therapy sessions Tuesday through Friday, with some availability on weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
To maintain momentum and see real progress, we typically see clients once per week. Consistency is key to the treatment and progress.
Our standard sessions are 45 minutes - 1 hour and take place weekly.
Longer appointments available, we are happy to discuss over the phone.

At ZendaTherapy - Patricia LMFT, we take your privacy seriously. All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.
Research shows that the "therapeutic alliance" (the bond between us) is the biggest predictor of success. You should feel a sense of safety, expertise, and a "click" with my personality.
Notice must be given, and cancellation confirmation from Zenda Therapy, LLC must be received, at least 48 hours prior to any cancellation, otherwise you will be charged in full for services.
All appointments will start promptly. After 15 minutes past the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, the appointment is canceled and a fee of $80 will be charged.
Emails and phone calls will be responded to within 24 - 48 business hours. Email and phone communication is limited solely to concise communication of administrative issues such as scheduling appointments/payments. We are unable to discuss treatment or session-specific content via email/phone.
